Plan Includes

  • A specifically tailored workout program allowing you to meet your required goals quickly. I will implement a number of different methods that will guarantee success

  • Meal plans, nutritional education, guidance and 24/7 support

  • different muscle contractions and activation, mind muscle connection and I'm big on technique

  • Diet plan and exercise regime for home workouts if extra training is needed

How it works

  • So basically you pay for eight one on one training sessions. If you ring me and need to skip or reschedule a session for any reason it wont be taken off the eight session. you will also have 24/7 access to myself for any guidance and nutrition advice needed
